Nick Drushella
Nick is an innovative, strategic thinker who brings an international conflict-resolution approach to address complex problems and generate equitable solutions.
Nick is deeply passionate about creating social change through powerful storytelling and collaborating with diverse coalitions of stakeholders. He draws on his conflict-resolution training, fundraising background and professional experiences in South Africa, Australia, Indonesia and the U.S. to build effective cross-cultural engagement campaigns and advance organizational missions. He has led a variety of programs related to youth development, increasing educational opportunities for historically underserved communities, and expanding sexual and reproductive health services for marginalized groups.

Experience
Nick has worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, civic groups and businesses. In 2018, Nick was selected as a Rotary International Peace Fellow at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
He has a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies with a concentration in media, journalism and communications from the University of Oregon.
In Community
Nick volunteers with a variety of local organizations and Imagine Scholar, a South African youth leadership nonprofit.
On weekends, you can find him doing anything active outdoors, playing (or watching) sports, cooking new recipes or enjoying a fine cup of coffee.
