Dedicated to bringing a sparkle to everything that she touches, Erica prides herself on being a creative thinker and a fast learner who brings her multidisciplinary skills to MG to help support many teams and projects.
As a project manager at MG, Erica enjoys seeing the big picture and working toward the best outcome possible. She is always motivated by projects that amplify the voices of communities that are often overlooked and underrepresented. Her prior experience with national campaigns and nonprofits has helped fine-tune her project management skills and her ability to perform calmly under pressure.

Experience
Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master of Professional Studies in Sustainable Urban Planning from George Washington University.
In Community
Erica is a self-described “hobby hoarder” and loves to learn about new things as much as possible. She currently volunteers with a sustainable fashion organization and spends her free time painting, rug making, hiking and studying herbalism.
