Ashley keeps her eye on the big picture while remaining focused on the details. She balances deadlines with adaptability, is committed to collaboration and brings an unapologetic curiosity to her work.
As head of MG’s project management department, Ashley’s role spans client services, operations, business development and human resources. She brings analytical systems-thinking; information communication that meets people where they are; and confident, shared leadership to this intersectional space.
Ashley has an agile project management style and enjoys solving for the inevitable pivots and shifts of our work. She thrives in the land of inbox-zero and making sure her teams have what they need to do their best work.

Ashley and her husband have two very busy young kiddos, so you’ll most often find her at soccer games, swim lessons, the zoo, and jog-a-thons. She loves bubble tea and weak coffee. And her happy place is snowboarding in the beautiful Cascade mountains with 90s alt rock music playing in her ear buds.
